Dr. Herman Venter, MBCHB, DIPD is an advanced injector and cosmetic medicine trainer with over 20 years of medical experience.
Originally from South Africa, Dr. Venter began his career as a general practitioner before transitioning full-time into medical aesthetics in 2020. He holds a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University, Wales, and has been performing cosmetic treatments since 2012.
Known for his precision, patient-centered approach, and dedication to ongoing learning, Dr. Venter has helped countless patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results.

This training is designed for licensed medical professionals such as physicians, nurses, naturopathic practitioners and dentists who wish to expand their skills into aesthetic medicine and offer neuromodulator treatments to their patients.
No prior injectable experience is required. This course is ideal for beginners as well as practitioners who want to refresh their knowledge and refine their injection techniques. For injectors having basic injecting experience, the advanced course will be a great add on to your injecting practice.
You’ll learn about all neuromodulators approved for use in Canada, with a focus on Nuceiva, Dysport, and Botox. Product-specific handling and injection techniques will be covered in detail.
No. All necessary products, supplies, and equipment will be provided for training purposes.
The basic and advanced neuromodulator courses are each a full day with focussing on anatomy and hands on training. Both courses can be done consecutively and will then be a full 2 days.
Yes. Graduates can reach out to Dr. Venter with follow-up questions and will have access to industry contacts and supplier information to help start their aesthetics practice.
