Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in all training programs, courses, and patient model opportunities (collectively, the “Programs”) offered by The Chadalin Institute of Training Excellence (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering as a participant, trainee, or patient model, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Training Participants

  • Must be licensed medical professionals (physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, or other qualified practitioners) in good standing with their governing bodies.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Patient Models

  • Must be 18 years or older, in good health, and able to provide informed consent.
  • Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have contraindications for neuromodulators/cosmetic treatments cannot participate.

2. Registration & Payments

  • Registration is confirmed only once full payment is received.
  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed registrations will not be affected.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Training Participants

  • Refunds available only if requested in writing 30+ days before the Program start.
  • Administrative fee of [X% or $X] applies.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 30 days, no-shows, or partial attendance.
  • In cases of illness/emergency, a one-time transfer to a future session may be granted (subject to availability).

Patient Models

  • Fees are non-refundable.
  • No credit or transfer for missed appointments.

4. Course Delivery & Modifications

  • We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel Programs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, venue issues).
  • If a Program is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
  • We are not responsible for participant travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses.

5. Attendance & Certification

  • Participants must attend the full Program to receive a certificate of completion.
  • Certificates do not imply or guarantee competence, licensing, or authority to practice procedures. Participants are responsible for complying with local regulations.

6. Guarantees

  • We do not guarantee employment, client acquisition, or business success for trainees.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes for patient models, as treatments are performed by supervised trainees.

7. Liability & Risk Assumption

  • All medical and cosmetic procedures involve risks.
  • Participants and patient models assume these risks by attending.
  • We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation, treatments, or later application of skills.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Chadalin Institute of Training Excellence, its instructors, affiliates, and staff against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Participation in Programs.
  • Treatments performed during or after training.
  • Misuse of Program materials.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All Program materials (slides, handouts, recordings, photos, videos) are the property of The Chadalin Institute of Training Excellence.
  • Materials are provided for personal educational use only.
  • Participants may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute Program content without prior written permission.
  • Patient models consent to photography and video recording for training and promotional purposes.

10. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must behave professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, patient models, and peers.
  • We reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or unethical behavior without refund.

11. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data collected (registration details, payment information, medical history for patient models) is kept confidential and used only for Program administration.
  • We comply with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
  • Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act (BC).

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
